I'll be back !




Hey guys its Adiva !
I have exams coming up in 2 weeks and I'm desperately trying to finish my syllabus, as you can imagine studying for exams isn't exactly easy. I have a ton of work to finish so I won't be able to keep up with my blog.

I need to take a break from writing for around 2 and a half weeks, I'll be back around the end of January with hopefully new ideas. I could spend very little time writing crappy blogs which are of no use but I don't want to do that. So I have decided to take a break and focus on my studies.

I'll be back soon, You could still check my social media to keep up with me. (links below)

I love you guys and hopefully i'll be back in 2 weeks ready with ton of ideas.

How to grow your nails naturally





Hey guys its Adiva !
I don't know about you but personally I have short nails, well really I just have a small nail bed. Its not flattering. At all.
Anywayy I have some tips and tricks that you could use to grow your nails.

1- Don't bite your nails -  I know I used to bite my nails when I was younger and thats also a reason that my nails didn't grow. It really effects your nail growth and your nail shape, If your nail is irritating you then just use a nail filer.

2- Wear nail polish - Wearing nail polish not only looks good but it also helps you from biting your nails, I always used this trick when I was younger. I didn't feel like ruining my painted nails. Although don't keep it on for too long, your nails need to breath so remove your nail paint max after a week and then let your nails breath for et least 2 days.


3- Push back your cuticles - Don't cut your cuticles. For one, the cut cuticles could result in infection, which could effect your nail growth. Pushing back your cuticles also makes your nail look longer.

4 - Eat more proteins - This not only will help you stay healthy but it provides nutrients for your body, skin and yes your nails too. Try eating proteins like salmon, whole wheat bread, whole wheat cereal, eggs, milk, dairy products, nuts and chicken.

5- Prevent your nails from breaking - Try to use less nail polish remover, It has chemicals in it that can harm your nails. So before painting your nails use a nail hardener which would strengthen your nails and stop it from chipping off.(you could also use it without nail paint) After applying your nail paint use a top coat, this not only will give your nails a beautiful shine but it will stop the nail paint from chipping. 

6- Now I know buying a nail hardener isn't exactly natural so you could always just use garlic. 
Rubbing garlic on your nails makes it hard, your nails won't break easily now!
